Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs
Here we answer the most common questions about our classes, payments, bookings, and how the studio works. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help!
I benefit from a better price for my classes. As long as there is availability, I can get an automatic reservation; that spot will not be taken from me, and I don’t have to worry about booking week by week.
I can organize my schedule and know exactly what time and day my classes are.
What should I know when choosing this payment option?
- The classes I have paid for must be taken during that month.
- Classes are paid in advance.
- The payment options are those mentioned above. If none of them fits my schedule, it is better to pay per class, forfeiting the right to have an automatic reservation.
In that case, it’s better to pay per single class, as the monthly payment requires you to take all the classes. Please note: there is no option for partial payment of the fee.
We’re here to help! Feel free to write to us or talk to us at the studio.
Just comfortable clothing and socks (wearing them is mandatory inside the studio). We provide the rest of the equipment.
You can see all our options and rates at the following link.
No, the studio is closed on Sundays and public holidays. However, if a class falls on a public holiday, you can make it up within the same month.
No. To keep your regular spot and schedule, it is necessary to pay the full fee every month. If you don’t pay, we cannot guarantee your place.
Classes missed without at least 24 hours’ notice cannot be made up, except for justified medical reasons.
Yes, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can make it up in another available time slot within the same month.
The fee is adjusted to the number of classes in the month. If it is a 5-week month, the fee is adjusted, and yes, you pay more.
The monthly fee is paid in advance and always starts on the first Monday of each month, covering until the first Monday of the following month.
