Welcome to JoyPilates.
These terms govern the purchase, booking and attendance of JoyPilates activities. By purchasing a service or booking a class, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
1. Classes and payments
- Monthly fees are paid in advance, begin on the first Monday of each month and cover the period until the first Monday of the following month.
- Some periods will have four weeks and others five, according to the studio calendar and schedule.
- The applicable plans, prices, duration and conditions are those shown on the Services and prices page or in TIMP before purchase.
- Classes are valid only during the paid period. Unused classes will be considered lost unless there is a justified medical reason accepted by the studio.
2. Bookings, cancellations and make-up classes
- Bookings and cancellations can be managed through TIMP or the channels made available by JoyPilates.
- A class can be cancelled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the class being lost.
- Classes cancelled on time may be made up in another available slot during the same period, subject to availability.
- To keep a regular time and place, the full fee must be paid. If payment is interrupted, the place cannot be guaranteed.
3. Public holidays and schedules
- If there are public holidays during the period, the fee remains unchanged and affected classes may be made up in another available slot during the same period.
- The studio is closed on Sundays and public holidays unless a special activity is expressly announced.
4. Health, safety and studio rules
- Users must tell the studio about any injury, medical condition, pregnancy or other circumstance relevant to safe participation.
- Guidance from JoyPilates does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a healthcare professional.
- Socks are mandatory inside the studio.
- Facilities and equipment must be used properly, responsibly and in accordance with the team’s instructions.
5. Minors
The purchase and participation of minors must be authorised by their parent or legal guardian.
6. Personal data and booking platform
Bookings are managed through TIMP. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
