Recently, we completed an official Balanced Body training program, focused on deepening the principles of movement, precision, and quality that define this internationally recognized Pilates method.
Throughout the training, we worked on the foundations of Pilates equipment training, the correct and safe use of Balanced Body apparatus, and the practical application of exercises, with special attention to alignment, control, breathing, and fluidity of movement.
This training experience allowed us to continue growing as professionals, strengthen our knowledge, and update our practice in order to offer more effective, safe, and personalized sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
